All puppies regestered under the JAKARTA Affix are 'Endorsed'. 

The Endorsements are as follows: Progeny Not Eligible for Regestration and Export Pedigree Not Allowed.  These endorsements are in place to protect the puppy and my breeding and to prevent irresponsible breeding.  If you choose to breed or export one of my puppies without my consent then the litter will not qualify for regestration with the UK Kennel Club nor any Kennel Club overseas - basically rendering your litter 'unregestered' or 'without papers' as you might see in some adverts.

To explain further I have always endorsed my puppies and will continue to do so to protect their future and prevent puppy farmers or people who want to buy a dog to breed from using the puppy to make money.  Certain breeds including the Dobermann suffer from specific genetic health problems (vWD, PHPV, Hypothyroidism etc) and sadly not all breeders test for these defects.  I do test and therefore a puppy bred by me will be placed in the best of homes and fully endorsed - should said puppy prove themselves as a potential Sire or Dam AFTER relevant health tests have been undertaken via the Kennel Club and a Vet - I 'might' lift this restriction should it benefit the future of the breed but I would expect to decide on potential Sire and Dam where required.

My puppy sales agreement explains the use of endorsements and you will be expected to sign this agreement when you purchase your puppy.  This might sound harsh but it is something I have done for years and it does not put people off buying a puppy from me.  All puppies are sold as pets only and if you want a pet the endorsements should not cause any concern.  If you are looking for a breeding bitch or stud dog then pleased do not contact me.  I like to meet ALL potential puppy owners in advance of them booking a puppy.  I do not take bookings over the telephone or on email.  If you are serious about getting a puppy then you should take the time to go and visit the breeders and meet them and their dogs before you commit to getting a puppy.  I do not take deposits from people until the puppies are 4+ weeks old.  By then you will have seen the puppies and had time to think if you have chosen the right breeder as the deposits are non refunable unless under extenuating circumstances.
